Global Talent
Our Global Talent (GTa) Programme is an overseas internship programme offered to youths aged 19-30. Particularly for those looking to develop themselves professionally and personally, our Global Talent Programme is a great opportunity to do just that.
All positions can be found in dynamic and relevant industries such as Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Engineering**. Internship openings can be found in various locations, and our participants particularly enjoy opportunities in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, India, and Japan. Please refer to the table for further information about different duration opportunities and finances.

AIESEC offers support both prior to and throughout the duration of the internship. Prior to the internship, participants will be guided throughout the application process and in the form of regular check-ins and logistical support respectively.
We work with both the home and host entity to provide on-the-ground, 24 hrs/7 days support during the experience. This unique feature of AIESEC opportunities ensures that you are able to enjoy a seamless experience with a holistic environment for your growth.
Global Teacher
Our Global Teacher (GTe) Programme is an overseas internship programme offered to youths aged 19-30 looking to enter the Teaching Industry. Particularly for those looking to develop themselves professionally and personally, our Global Teacher Programme is a great opportunity to do just that.
Internship openings can be found in various locations, and our participants particularly enjoy opportunities in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, India, and Japan. For all opportunities, at least one year of practical teaching experience or a graduate of bachelor in language education is required.

Home Entity: AIESEC in HKU would provide different activities for the participants to attend before the programme in order to let our participants get well-prepared for the internship experience, such as CV Polishing, One-to-One Consultations for personalised curation of possible opportunities, Visa Support and Application, etc.
Host Entity: 24 hours/7days support would be provided for the duration of the overseas experience, staffs and helpers would be assigned there to help the participants with accommodation, immersion into local culture and act as bridge between internship companies and our participants.
